Welcome back to our Mindfulness practice. Today, we will guide our awareness through the body using a practice called the body scan. Whenever you are ready to begin, feel free to play this recording—I will be right here with you.
Find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted, and settle into a comfortable position—either sitting or lying down. Let your body relax, while keeping your mind gently alert.
